| *How do I get a quote for my kitchen? |
| We will visit your home to give you an obligation free quote. We also provide you with a free preliminary design. In this quote we will advise you of all the different finishes available and the cost relative to your design. We will also give you an estimate of on site trades Plumbing / Electrical etc. Alternatively you can bring your drawings or sketches to the showroom, fax or email them to us. This is sometimes more suitable if you have a busy schedule. |

| I would like to proceed, What do I do next? |
You need to visit our showroom and choose what type of finishes you require for your kitchen.
Then you have the option of paying your deposit of 35% or paying a fee of $100.00 to get your computer drawings started.
Once your drawings are ready we will send you a copy and if you require any changes we will be more than happy to assist you in the fine tuning of your design. |

| I have approved my drawings, Whats next? |
| Balance of 35% deposit payable. We then organize a check measure for your kitchen. This is when you will need to know what colours and finishes you would like and also the details of any new appliances you are purchasing. |

| What happens next? |
| We will take approximately 4-6 weeks to get your kitchen ready for installation. We will give you a week’s notice of being ready to install your kitchen and at this stage you will need to let us know if you require us to organize your on-site trades. A lot of clients organize their own trades for the installation. |

| What happens during the installation? |
| Firstly on the morning of the installation all the relevant trades will attend and do their preparation before the kitchen cabinets are installed. The kitchen cabinets are then delivered and it is most important at this stage that you forward your 55% progress payment to the truck driver. The kitchen installer will then proceed to install your cabinets. Usually the cabinets take one working day to install. The other trades will then come back the following day to connect your appliances. Generally on the third day the tiler / plasterer will commence their work. Stone Tops will take 10 working days after kitchen is installed. |

After kitchen is completed we will invoice the remaining 10% balance owing.
